Welcome to CG Creations. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade leather goods and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. About Us

CG Creations is an Australian leather goods workshop based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. We handcraft premium leather products including dog collars, belts, knife and Leatherman pouches, keyrings, farm gear, and custom leather items. All our products are made by hand using full-grain leather and quality hardware—nothing is mass-produced or imported.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Handmade Nature of Products

All CG Creations products are handcrafted from natural full-grain leather. Due to the nature of leather as a natural material, slight variations in colour, texture, grain pattern, and markings may occur. These variations are not defects—they are characteristics of genuine leather and part of what makes each piece unique.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device settings and screen calibration. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us.

3.3 Services

In addition to our products, we offer:

  • Custom leather designs and personalisation (including name stamping)
  • Leather repairs
  • Leather workshops

4. Custom Orders & Personalisation

4.1 Custom Work Agreement

When you place a custom order or request personalisation (such as name stamping or custom sizing), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Custom and personalised items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information, including measurements, spelling of names, and design specifications.
  • Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4.2 Approval Process

For custom designs, we may provide sketches, mockups, or written descriptions for your approval before we begin work. By approving the design, you accept responsibility for the final product matching that approved design.

4.3 Incorrect Information

CG Creations is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to misspelled names, incorrect measurements, or unclear instructions.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5.3 Quotes

Quotes for custom work are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required before custom work commences.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

6.2 Delivery Times

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, CG Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, public holidays, or pandemics).

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for your protection.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, product designs, patterns, and graphics—is the property of CG Creations and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any of our designs, products, or content without our express written permission.

7.3 Custom Designs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom designs created by CG Creations remain the intellectual property of CG Creations, even when made to a customer’s specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Product Use Disclaimer

CG Creations products are designed for their intended purpose as leather goods and accessories. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from:

  • Misuse or improper use of our products
  • Use of products for purposes other than their intended function
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by lack of proper care or maintenance
  • Damage caused by animals (including but not limited to chewing, scratching, or pulling)
  • Modifications made to products after purchase

8.2 Working Dogs & Farm Gear

Our dog collars, leads, and farm gear are made to be durable, but they are not indestructible. It is the owner’s responsibility to regularly inspect products for signs of wear and to replace items when necessary. CG Creations accepts no responsibility for injury to animals or loss of animals due to product failure during normal or abnormal use.

8.3 Knives & Tool Pouches

Our knife pouches and Leatherman pouches are designed to hold and protect tools. CG Creations is not responsible for any injury caused by the tools themselves or improper handling of tools stored in our products.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG Creations’ total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Product Care

Leather is a natural material that requires care to maintain its quality and longevity. Failure to properly care for your leather goods may result in damage that is not covered by any warranty or return policy. Care instructions are available on our website and may be provided with your purchase.

CG Creations is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Exposure to excessive water, heat, or direct sunlight
  • Failure to condition or oil leather as recommended
  • Contact with chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials
  • Improper storage

10. Website Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
