1. Introduction
This Photo & Media Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CG Creations Leather (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or parent/guardian signing below (“you” or “Participant”). By signing this Agreement (or, for online bookings, by ticking the consent box on our booking form), you grant CG Creations Leather permission to capture, use, and publish photographs, videos, and audio recordings (“Media”) of yourself or the minor for whom you are the legal guardian. We love capturing the craft in action! Whether it’s a finished belt, a student mastering a new tool, or a happy dog in a custom collar, these photos help us share the art of leather working with the world.
2. Grant of Rights
You hereby grant CG Creations Leather a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute any Media featuring you or the minor participant for the following purposes:
• Website content and online galleries
• Social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• Marketing and promotional materials (both digital and print), including workshop marketing mate- rials
• Newsletters and email communications
• Press releases and media coverage
• Workshop promotional content
• Portfolio and display purposes We’ll always keep it professional and respectful.
3. No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that:
a) You will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation for the use of your image or likeness.
b) You have no right to inspect, approve, or be credited for the final Media before or after its use.
c) CG Creations Leather is under no obligation to use the Media captured.4. Waiver and Release You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless CG Creations Leather, its owners, employees, con- tractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to:
• Any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity
• Any distortion, alteration, or modification of the Media
• Any context in which the Media may be used
5. Representations and Warranties
By signing this Agreement, you represent and warrant that:
a) You are at least 18 years of age, or you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant named below.
b) You have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.
c) The information provided in this Agreement is true and accurate.
6. Consent for Minors (Participants Under 18 Years of Age)
If the Participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete this section: I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below. I have read this Agreement in its entirety, and I hereby consent to the terms of this Photo & Media Release on behalf of my child or ward.

7. Revocation of Consent
If there’s a specific photo you really don’t like or if you’ve changed your mind about being featured, you may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to CG Creations via email at [insert email address] or by post. Upon receipt of your revocation request:
a) We will make reasonable efforts to remove the relevant Media from our website and our own social media pages and to cease future use of the Media.
b) You acknowledge that it may not be possible to remove Media already published, shared, or distributed prior to your revocation request, particularly on third-party platforms or printed materials.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
10. Acknowledgement and Consent
By signing below (or by ticking the consent box during online booking), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Photo & Media Release Agreement. For online bookings, by ticking the box on our booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the fol-lowing terms. This electronic agreement is binding and carries the same weight as a handwritten signature. No physical signature is required where this agreement is accepted electronically through our website checkout process.

For online bookings: You agree that by ticking the “Photo & Media Release” box during checkout, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have authority to provide consent on their behalf. We usually just tag your social media handle if you’ve provided it, but we won’t publish full names or private contact details without asking you first.
